Hey guys. I'm a PR sponsoring my husband. I would like to know if it's okay that I go to my husband's country and spend a few days there with him and we return to Canada together where he can land as a PR. Would that be a problem if I accompany him?
Oh yeah I do. I was just worried because I saw someone said her husband was denied when landing because she was a pr and still back home I believe and stating we should be physically residing in Canada to sponsor. That's why I had some doubts.

If really concerned I guess you could always go through separate immigration lines when you return as no reason to go through the same line unless you present a single arrival card that is.
Depends how much assistance you think your husband needs to present his COPR, answer a few questions , hand over a Canadian address for his PR card and pass through customs.
But as Zardoz says if you are making the trip post COPR issue, and in unlikely event can show if asked your proof of recent outward journey such as a boarding pass stub or itinerary then should not be a problem.
