Hi.

I am under the new pathway, LAMIA and my work permit will expire on Oct 2018. Do i need a new LAMIA even if i will continue to work in the same employer or just to renew my working permit?
And do i need to get a re entry visa upon coming back here for a month vacation from Phils? How?
Planning to go May 18 - June 22, 2018.

Will appreciate any information that helps me.
