I got accepted for MSc Computer Science Program based at Lakehead University & Master of Applied Computing from Windsor University. I am seriously confused about which university is good and where should I proceed further in terms of job & PR please help.

Windsor mostly because of the proximity to the tech sector in Canada.

Msc in Computer Sci in either will almost guarantee you a job in Software Engineering or Development as the demand for these positions is so high. I would focus more into tuition, campus, surrounding city and coop placements. Good luck

in terms of job, Windsor. In terms of PR - Lakehead if the program is for 2 years as it is in Thunder Bay, ON so you will be eligible to apply for PR without any work experience. check the Rural and Northern immigration pilot program launched by the govt.

There is no guarantee that the Rural and Northern immigration pilot will still be in place 2+ years from now and whether there will be any jobs that match the person’s skills. OP will need to consider there is no guarantee of easier pathway to PR it attending Lakehead.

I applied yesterday. Apart from Lakehead, applied for Bishop’s University which is also open for Winter 2021. You also please let me know if you find any other university open for computer science for winter 2021 intake.

Do you know what subjects to add there? if a person is Computer science graduate, he will have so many cs courses. Do we need to include all or only those mentioned in the list.
