Hi..
I am in Canada under open work permit visa. which is about to expire.my wife is a student. I work in company on an hourly basis. paid 15$/hour (nova scotia) am i eligible for LMIA ? company HR said she never done all this process before so her advice was she can provide required documents. I already worked 840 hours and company wants me to continue. now I wish to apply for LMIA myself what all the documents I need from the company?
