I submitted my application for a study permit and TRV, and the LA Consulate received in June 13. It has passed their processing times, and I cannot get a reply back from the by either fax or email. I have to be to school August 20 (three weeks from today), and I am worried I won't get it in time and that I will lose my all expense paid scholarship! I know a medical exam is probably needed as well since I will be staying more than six months.

Does anyone have any advice? I can't fly there as it will cost me 700 alone in airfare.
