Care to share your timeline for Kitchener office? My received line disappeared on Sep 23 and I've been wondering how long it takes for a routine applicant (no RQ) to receive a test invite. And how about the oath letter? I heard Kitchener office is small and hence its limitations (25 people per ceremony). I'm not sure if that's true. Thanks.
I applied May 1, received on May 5, started processing on July 4. File was transferred to Kitchener office on Sept 25. Expect to receive test date in November.

We have a quite similar timeline. Something tells me our test invites won't arrive in a month but 2 (if we're lucky). But my assumptions are based on a timeline of a single person on this forum. That's not much. I hope for more. I guess Kitchener is not Mississauga though.

No. I checked on Wednesday and there was no status change. I went to check my mail on Saturday and here they were waiting. The date on the letters is December 2. We had the test on November 24. So it took them only a week! Egyo, Xenon, any news? Good luck!
ETA: I checked the ecas today (Sunday) as well. It hasn't been updated yet.

@ AED: No news yet on the test date. Seems to me they put a hold on post April applications due to the holidays for tests, but it seems like they have oaths scheduled.
@Moein: did you hear anything back from the Kitchener office on your test date?
Any other applicants with local office as Kitchener and who had their tests or oaths recently?

So almost like mine. A week difference more or less. I think they are still scheduling the tests. My best gut feeling is yours will arrive this year with the January date.
