My husband did a refugee claim about 5 years ago...was denied ...will this slow down our process?....im pretty sure we will not have to do an ARC because he was departured not deported...anyone with simular situation?

Unfortunately yes this will create longer processing times and an interview for him. Be prepared to send in tons of relationship evidence
