Hi

Sent in my initial application to CIO on March 31, 2010. Was just informed by my bank that the credit card could not be charged due to some error in their card authorization system. Actually the charge on card was referred back to the merchant. I am told that the merchant might attempt to charge again on the card but it would be their discretion whether they would want to give it a 2nd try or not.

i) I request forum members to share similar experiences if there has been such an incident with anyone and what were the outcomes.

ii) I would also like to seek advice as what should I do in case I do not hear from my bank (credit card issuer) and no confirmation is received that the card is charged for the 2nd time by CIO?
