kindly clarify - WES report or Transcript

I have WES evaluation report for my latest graduation degree. Now when i apply for study visa, when it asks to upload Transcripts, can i upload the WES report and the mark sheets instead of transcripts? or still need Transcripts even though i have WES report?

I don't think you need any credentials assessment for a study permit. I didn't do it. As long they are in English/French or officially translated to English/French, I don't think you'll have any issues. Unless you're applying via SDS, I don't know if it's a requirement.

Yes applying via SDS. I have seen an applicant who got his visa approved, mention that he had uploaded just the ECA from WES taken for PR purposes for his SDS study visa application and did not upload any transcript or Marksheets.
