Kids Go To Public School for Conditional Letter

If student got visa based on a condition letter that asking to improve their English score. Does her Kids eligible go to public school in Canada during the time she is studying English in Canada?

Hi All,

according to the assess & fund of international student of Alberta the Kids get free study at public school if their parent is temporary resident but temporary resident will not include " individual who are registered preparatory program as precondition to entering a full time program diploma and degree program". Therefore, during the time we study English before joining college program will be consider like "the preparatory program as precondition" or not.
