Hi, Everyone!
I need some advice.

I submitted two applications:

TRV for Parents from India: Submitted July 1st 2021.
TRV for Fiance from the USA: Submitted on September 8th 2021.

I keep reading so many posts about people getting TRV when they applied again through the new IRCC portal. But I also read that some of them are waiting in the new portal for over a month. I really am confused about what to do?

Should I submit these applications through the new portal?
Or should I wait?
Or should I write an email to IRCC.COVID-TravelExemptions-Exemptionsdevoyage-COVID.IRCC@cic.gc.ca and ask them to proprtize.

Kindly someone share their experience and offer some advice.
