Kansas or Y-Axis for PR

Hi guys,
Since I am gonna move to India I am thinking to apply PR through kansas immigration overseas or through y-axis. they are asking minimum Rs 77000.
Is it worth to do it. or it is a scam ?. thanks.

Don't waste money. It's useless to give them. EE is very easy tool and you can do it by yourself.

So do you think they can increase your points or get LMIA? Only employers can file/apply for LMIA.

Prasanth is correct. There is no way your consultant can get a LMIA. Only employer has the authority to get one after meeting conditions.

Remember LMIA is not for sale. SO don't fall under the lure of these consultants. Y-axis is NOTORIOUS in this. They have many hidden agenda, which they will never disclose.
Once I happen to approach Y-axis at their Hyderabad office and those silly consultants were not even able to give any guidance. It was me who was doing most of the talking.
This forum is a knowledge treasure and will guide you to file your application at all the stages.
