Hi I'm a Filipino and was hired by a Canadian employer. I got my positive LMIA last January 2020 and it stated that I have to apply for PR in a year.

I also have an AoR (acknowledgement of receipt) of my Permanent Residence application already last October 2, with this, I have two questions:

1. Do I need to apply for a POLO? (Philippine Overseas Labor Office)

Cause from what I've read the whole process of this is for OEC which is mainly for OFWs. And since I'll be going there with a PR in process already, I really plan to migrate already.

Has anyone had any experience on this? Or know of anyone who just showed their WP / TRV to Philippine immigration and their PR AoR and got to exit?
