I'm a Us citizen and I'm in Canada right now on a valid visitors visa. I am 19 and due to the constant traveling ive been doing, ive slipped farther and farther away from finishing high school / Secondary school. I was wondering if i could apply to an adult education college and change my visitors visa to a student visa for secondary school? Is this even possible? If not...oh well. It was just a thought.
You'll never know if you don't try. Call CIC and ask them if it's a possibility. You'd need to be accepted at a school and have the funds to pay your tuition and living expenses and you'd also need to convince them that you will leave Canada when your studies are completed.

S/he can't apply in Canada, but can get a study permit at a Border Point on re-entering Canada. The OP should look at the cost, and would require a minimum of $10K for living expenses as proof of funds.
Hum. Well, i am staying with a family of Canadians at the moment. so..would the funds still need to come into play? Or would the person who's mainly paying for me show he can support me while i'm here? I can show Im going to leave...no problem there.
