Just received Medical Records and Landing Fee Request from London

Hi,
I just received a request from the London (UK) office for Medical Records and Landing fee. I am wondering if this is normal procedure to request the two at the same time. Does Medical Record means that the application is approved? or still in Process? How long does it take to get a final result after Medicals?

congra for Medical, yeah Londov office clip MR with landing fees and pcc req, after doing your medical, there is security checks which can take 3 to 4 months than only u will get PPR! If u don't mind can you share ur timeline ..
