I just paid my fees online, but the system crashed, and I couldn't print my receipt . The money taken from my account as per my credit card. But in my online account I couldn't see the receipt.
@mickey_mouse A server going down can happen at any moment. While right now its because everyones using it, it's hardly the fault of the user for a service going down.
No sense admonishing people.
@wargo the receipt only gets generated once the server finishes confirming it with the payment service. In this case it went down before then, so it wont have generated it. Email or call CIC and they should be able to resolve it for you.
Call your bank and cancel this transaction, then repay. but better to check first details of your transaction, it may recorded by receipt number. that's may effect your payment.
