Just got PR, but did not include wife. Please help how to sponsor wife

They will be annoyed but they will not refuse you based on this. The only reason they would refuse you would be if your wife was inadmissible for medical, criminal or security concerns. This is the ONLY thing you can do. It will delay your landing and cost you some money with medicals and application fees but if you don't do this, you will not be able to sponsor your wife and you are putting your own PR in jeopardy.
Stop trying to find a way to lie to them. You have a legal way to do this.

Put it this way, if you lie, they will find out. When they find out you will have your PR taken away and you will not be allowed in the country for 5 or 10 years
Plus if you claim your wife you can both land together rather than having to live apart for what could be years... You haven't technically finished your process until you land! So you still have time to correct it without loosing your PR if you tell them now! Your case file is still open until you land! Take every ones advice and do it legally..it will save you a lot of heart ache and most likely money in the future!
Please don't even think of lying to CIC! At some point it will come back to you. I read all the posts and I think you should inform CIC of the change in status without any further delay!
I feel instead of getting out of this mess, you are trying to create a bigger mess for yourself, unintentionally!
