I have filed my application through a Lawyer, as per this morning. I am still waiting for BIODATA/RPRF. I am also started worrying, I am not sure what might be the resaon of the dealy, may be the VO forgot to send it.

I have Received medicals on 7th of Feb, completed on 11th and uploded in CIC on 15ht, EAS not yet updated.

I have been working in the NOC 2171 position since April 2011 until Feb 2013. I submitted pay stubs and Tax papers until 2012
CIC called me on 11 feb 2014 from an Unknown number and I couldnt receive the call. Then CIC officer called my employer and asked questions like how many employees he has in his company and asked since when i am working for him, he couldnt answer when i started but he said I worked for him until feb 2013 which like over 1.5 years. My employer said the officer sounded satisfied with my employer's responses. The officer also asked if i had any other number on which he could reach me. He called me the next day and i missed the call again.

Now the officer knows that I am not working since last 1 year and he could also not reach me on my number, will it be a problem? I havent provided my home country police clearance certificate as yet either. I was just waiting for them to request the document but i have not heard anything from them as yet.

I talked to my consultant who applied on behalf of me and he said it is a good sign that the officer called, it shows that my file is in the process and if they had a talk with my employer CIC might not even need to talk to me.

I see people whos application was received much later than mine is getting medical request. I am worried now.

Order GSMS notes. That should indicate information about your file. However, it takes a month for them to arrive. Did u email CIC about this? I think I would do that especially if the officer tried to contact you..They MIGHT need another document or something..

I got MR on 13 Feb 2014. you guys will get RPRF/bio soon .hope everything will go fine ....hang in there tight ...

I got Mr on 7th...still waiting for biodata and rprf..but I have paid and sent the biodata..

A few of the July applicants found their RPRF mail in junk folder. So check that folder once.
