Paper based application submitted on 19th June at jalandhar for my parents. No update
Status shows ur file is being processed at New Delhi visa office.
It's taking long time

I inquired mid August. I was told CIC has overwhelming number of applications to process and so they are processing first come first serve basis. I guess my time is still not due
