Any June 2019 applicants?

Hello,

My husband got DM and PPR and pre-arrival this month, so we've sent his passport to Mexico about 2 weeks ago. This week they should stamp the visa.

Are things moving for june 2019 applicants? As per the site IRCC is currently processing june 2019 applications ...is there a movement?

It does not mean they are 'just' processing june 2019 apps, but of ones from June 2019, 'most' (i.e. ~80%) should be getting to completion. Hopefully it does mean some movement but it may not be as dramatic as it sounds.
