Just sent our package to sponsor my husband to move to Canada from England. Delivered to Mississauga office on June 21st. The package is complete with medical performed May 10th,2016 and UK police clearance. He lived in Greece in the past. We applied in person for a Greek police clearance however, it takes so long (over 5 weeks now) and we have since left the country therefore have to wait for it to be mailed to us now. We decided to send the package without this, and a description as to why it is missing, and stated that we would send once we receive. Does anyone know if the package will be sent back because of this ?

Tough question to answer . If I was you I wd call CIC and confirm with them.

Hiiii,
I have applied spouse PR from India on June 3rd, 2016. Even I too faced PCC problem initially, I got it after 2 months from the date I requested. Meanwhile my husband called CIC and asked "can we apply without PCC??" but they answered NO. So we waited and applied after we received PCC.

But I am not sure about your case, as the countries differ.. I read in others threads that, for some applicants PCC found missing after submission i.e., CIC missed it.. Hence CIC asked them to submit PCC within 60 days (this query at AOR2 stage).

Be cool and wait for communication from CIC. Hope it will go good with you..

The average time we see for AOR is ~20 calendar days from the time CIC physically received the package. What day was it delivered by FedEx?

It is almost 30-35 days from the date of receiving AOR1. This is what I have noticed from other applicant's timeline.
