I finally got a hold of CIC today and they looked for my application nothing was in there system.
The officer told me to wait 30 days because maybe they haven't gotten to it yet and if still nothing apply again either through mail or online.

What do you all think about that? Waiting 30days seems useless as its already been 6 months.
Should I just send in an online application today?

yep...reapply online. Those guys are incompetent. They may have lost your application.

This is outrageous. You do have proof of delivery (of your original paper application), right?

Perhaps, if you do decide to send another application, include proof of the original delivery, and explain your situation. Request that they process your new application as if it had been received on the original delivery date.

Test invites on the tracker update received for wife and myself - it was updated yesterday.

On Line tracker is updated "Test" : Completed as of today. So it take 24 hrs to update.

I agree totally outrageous! I'm so stressed out.
I applied online with the Jan. 2022 crew, and included proof of my original receipt of payment with a little explanation of the date.
Back in line, waiting for an AOR which will come in like March-ish i guess...
