What do you mean by "process"? Add to the file prior to visa office transfer, or process at the visa office?

Application received July 25 no AOR yet. Last time I called CIC they said they have it in the system and even confirmed the date it was received at mississauga.
How long it takes to get file number after app entered in the sustem.
Pls share your experience. Thanks

I have uploaded the Schedule A for the principle applicant. Now it is showing "Uploaded - not submitted to IRCC, Uploaded filename: ******.pdf" in green letters.
I uploaded the document last Friday and was waiting on till today to see if the status changes to Submitted from not submitted but no luck.
Is this something normal?
How long it takes to submit the document to IRCC once I upload it electrinically?

as long as you did electronic sign and click submit. this is quite normal.

When you say Electronic Sign you mean at the end of the Schedule A form correct?

No, you have to click on continue and type your name. You have uploaded it, but you haven't submitted it. Basically it's like if you hadn't really uploaded it. They don't have it. You have to go forward on the steps that are there. Just click on Continue, and go all the way to the end. After that, it will say replacement provided, instead of uploaded - not submitted to IRCC.
You do this on GCkey

Hi, how did you know that about medical request? My portal is saying "action required" but there is no message. This makes me nuts. Also, there is no sched a and pcc?

Click on Check Status and Messages > Next screen- You will see a message for Medical request> Click on the message> PDF request will open up

Hello, thank you for the reply. I haven't been requested for medical yet. I just recently linked my account. Following your steps take me to a letter where there explained me how to upload the Schedule A and police clearance forms

I got PCC requested even though SA hasn't been sent yet

if you see a re-upload button, then just do it all over again until you go to the very end of the process. remember, the last step is ELECTRONIC SIGN, hit submit.
