Is anyone here who sent old forms after July 15 and still got aor?
I sent my file in may but got returned on July 12, i sent it again on July 26 and it was received on July 27. I totally forgot to check if there is any update on CIC website in hassel of sending my file again asap, and i sent old forms and document check list which were before the updat in June. Please reply if any one has any idea or same situation.

I sent outdated IMM 1344 and IMM 0008, but the checklist was updated. My file was received on July 26th and got AOR on September 1st. If you sent old checklist, most likely it will be returned.

So our file was returned because we had not submitted NOA, Sponsor had not received it yet.

My question is since the forms were updated after our original submission, If we are to resubmit do we need to complete the updated forms or will just the updated checklist be enough??

Submit updated forms. I would absolutely not risk it if I were you, specially the checklist.

Im hoping things dont slow down once the file is with our respective vo's. In the request for medical letter they told me that the clinic is responsible for forwarding the results to ircc. Which kinda gave me mixed emotions knowing how slow our processes are over here in manila.

Mississauga processing is fast, generally within 2 months, in what i read. Once in Manila VO, it's slower, averagely 4 months. More or less 6 months for the whole process for straight forward cases.

6months? And here I was thinking it would take one year. Anyone know the processing time in general for outland cases? We are both here in manila.

use this way
1. choose application # and Family name
2. Do not fill place of birth and county of birth leave both of them blank not even a space.
3. Fill passport information
4.fill the last part as in your application
5. # of applicants =2
try this, this worked for me.

Question, how long does it usually take for applications to be "found" when linking a paper application? I've tried linking ours by filling up the fields with the Given Name and Date of Birth option, as well as following the steps provided by sangam44 but still no luck. Our application got to Mississauga last August 8.

your an august applicant. if you haven"t receive an AOR.. just wait a lil bit longer then try to link your app. There are some July applicants still waiting for their AORs

You have to wait for the email of ircc stating your application number, you cannot link your app with out the email from ircc
