Hi ,
My refugee claim was refused and I'm ineligable to appeal with RAD and I submmited for Judical review case and it id granted and case sent back to RAD. any one had experience in this know what is the next? it will be another hearing or just re assessed the case and if there is another hearing is it possible to be refused again. Thanks in advance.
If your case was last assessed by RPD then it will return to RPD not RAD.
It's a same process held before but with different board member. You need to wait for the next hearing to be scheduled.
