i have created express entry profile and I got a msg too. I received express entry profile number and job seeker code. Now i have to register on job bank within 30 days. while registration on step 3- it shows me an error. (I have a SIN that starts with "9" so I have to use express entry profile number and the job seeker code given in that PDF page.

since 2-3 days I am getting same error. I did report to Jobbing.ca about this error too but haven't got any response yet.
Try out opening the page on a different browser. Internet Explored worked for me, as I too faced the same issue. Wait for a couple of days and try different browsers
