As you all aware, this pandemic made everyone life unpredictable and I'm not the exception in it.
I applied for Spouse open work permit on jul 2021. In the meantime, i got a new good job.
Since there is no progress in my SOWP application, I also joined my new organization.
Please let me know do I need to update Ircc about my new job through webform. Will it create any negative impact in my SOWP application?

Generally, when an application is in progress, taking a job abroad as a PR is not a good sign (unless you are accompanying a Canadian citizen in which case you may be able to count the days present outside Canada).
How will you maintain your ongoing PR residency obligation if you took a job outside Canada? Is it a permanently remote job? Can you stay in Canada and still work for this company? As a PR, you have a continuous responsibility to keep meeting the PR residency obligations - You have to be present in Canada for at least 2 years in every 5 year rolling period.
I will let others chime in on how else this might (or might not) affect your SOWP / Spousal PR sponsor application.

Ah you are a citizen. You should have mentioned that in your original post . Not 100% about SOWP but you can apply for spousal sponsorship application from outside Canada as a citizen - however, you have to prove that your spouse is willing to settle in Canada if the application is granted.
So, if your spouse is already in Canada (and hence SOWP), I think it should not matter IMO but again, I am not very well-versed in this area. May be @scylla or @dpenabill can answer this.

You should update your profile via webform but it won’t impact your application. What is important is that your spouse continues to work in Canada inNOC 0, A or B.
