My spouse recently landed in Canada on work permit and she wants to work here but she doesn't have any work experience and its a fairly new country for her.
I don't want her to work in factories so i was thinking that she can learn a short course and kickstart her career but i am not sure which one to go for. Can anyone suggest easy jobs with no experience or a short course/study program that could land her a good job?

iirc, your status is expiring in Jan 2024, which means your spouse has 4 months to find a job and work.
Since you haven't provided any info here, I'd suggest sharing whether she can write code, has good english skills, can cook, etc.
Quickest jobs would be jobs like customer support, fast food, etc. Anything else that requires her to go through a course implies that she'll run out of time (1-2 months for course, and then job for 2 months - makes no sense!).
