Indeed, jobbank, Workopoli, monster. If you don’t have work authorization then few will, if any will review, your application. Your employer will also need a LMIA & prove no Canadian can do the job. Then you get a closed work permit. If you are an engineer, it is a licensed profession by province so you need your education and work experience assessed. it can take years if you need to become and enginee-in-training.
