Job opportunity for international student after graduation

Hi friends...
what is the priority of Job offer by canadian employers to international students.... Whether they offer canadian citizens only or international students can get jobs related to their profession ? Is that possible to get IT related jobs ? I am planning to do another masters degree in canada.... I already hols MCA degree from India and 4 year relevant experience... After my masters degree in canada, did they consider my previous work experience which I obtained from India ? or they treat as a fresh candidate...

Please advice... Im in big confusion...

Why don't you apply FSW from INDIA EE PR ?
I believe you want to apply for PR only after studies ? then why don't you apply PR directly
