Hi,

I recently finished my MS in Biotech in US and would like know what are the chances of finding job in canada with US degree in Biotech/Molecular Biology. If I can't find job, i would like to go to school in canada. In that case, can anyone suggest what is the best course in biology to find job soon.

I appreciate your help.

Hi Luxion,

Do you have PR or just planning to get a job and then apply for a PR?
Reason for asking is, generally to my knowledge, you have more chances of finding jobs in US than here (relative terms).
Otherwise, I heard BC and Ontario have cluster of Biotech firms. Both places jobs are reasonably good but fierce competition.

Regarding course, I can't suggest anything in particular.. as it depends on the requirements of the organization..
Myself being new, for the last 6 months I have generally seen more of molecular biology..but I strongly advise you collect
info from as people as possible before enrolling into any course...

If you have PR, then join co-op programs for new comers or try careeredge...

Good luck
