I am currently on my PGWP and working in a company in ctract yet full time through a recruitment agency. I will be applying for PR after completion of 1 yr. I want to know what documents will I need for my PR regarding the job.. bcoz contract details including the job offer and reference letter will be delivered by the recruting agency as they r paying me. Will I need anything from the employer directly?

If you want to claim the 50 job offer points your employer will need to obtain an approved LMIA.
Not Necessarily. if it is a LMIA Exempt Job, you would just need a Job Offer letter. Please follow the details below: -

OP is on a PGWP. So LMIA is needed to claim the 50 points on the existing work permit.
If OP wants to go the LMIA-exempt route, they would need to secure a new closed work permit that is LMIA exempt and then work for that employer for a year before the 50 points can be claimed.

Guess i missed the PGWP part. Thanks for correcting.

Can OP go for CEC route without LMIA after one year of local working experience?

The OP can certainly go the CEC route after one year. However the OP cannot claim job offer points on a PGWP (unless the employer obtains an approved LMIA).
