Hi fellas! There’s a lot going on in my mind. So I hope you guys can help me out. Let me explain my situation, currently I’m on pgwp. I’m in a managerial job, until now I’ve worked here almost 1700 (1.2 years) hours. I was thinking of applying for pr. But the thing is my employer does not have LMIA support, so I’m guessing I won’t get any points, if my current employer give me a job offer. I was wondering if I’ll get any points for working 1.2 years at all ? To me it seems like I wasted a lot of time. Can you guys clear my doubts?
My question is....
1. Will I get any points if I show a job offer letter from my current employer? If yes how much points will that give me ?

Since you are on an LMIA which is an open work permit with no employer named, your employer needs to get an approved LMIA in order for you to claim the 50 job offer points under Express Entry.
