I am currently working in Canada on work permit and I’m including job offer letter for express entry profile.
While filling details for job offer there is a field asking does the offer have LMIA NO. Do I have to select No? Because I have read somewhere, if you’re in Canada for at least one year then the job offer is LMIA Exempted.
Can anyone confirm about this?
and also there is a field asking is my work permit have LMIA NO. Do I have to select yes?

I am currently working in Canada on work permit and I’m including job offer letter for express entry profile. A new future job offer letter, for at least one year after you become a permanent resident? OK. But if you´re talking about your old job offer, there is no need to include it.
While filling details for job offer there is a field asking does the offer have LMIA NO. Do I have to select No? Unless you have a new LMIA, you have to answer No.
Because I have read somewhere, if you’re in Canada for at least one year then the job offer is LMIA Exempted. No. No such rule, I can´t even begin to guess what rule you´ve misinterpreted : )
