Job Offer while waiting for spousal sponsorship

Hi guys,

While waiting for my husband's Visa, I am trying to look for a possible job that he could possibly have once he lands.
I have been talking to different employers, and I am wondering if I should get them to sign a job offer letter for my husband.
Do you think it is good to let the Visa Office know about a job offer? Like he will not be a bum when he gets here?
Or is it a negative implication that he is too opportunistic and is looking forward to land a job than to be reunited with spouse?

I dont think it will make a difference, because they only care about the sponsor's ability to support both parties.

Ya like said above its your job to support both of you so it doesn't matter.
