Dear Friends

I wish to ask is there a difference between Job Offer and LMIA?

Can I get 50 points if I have a job offer or do I need LMIA also in order to get 50 points?

I recently gave an interview online and received an email where they the employer is willing to give me a job offer but he didnt mention anything about LMIA in email. Is he supposed to give LMIA? Cant he hire without LMIA?

To get 50 points, you need a job offer with LMIA. To work in Canada, your employer needs a LMIA and then you need a work permit. What province?

Make sure it's not a scam. Many of these situations are scams and the job is fake.

Your employer needs to get an approved LMIA.
