job offer validity wrt ITA

Hi,
I am currently working in Canada on a WP (Expires 10-May-2019) and the job is valid till 2nd June 2019.
i have shown this future job offer to claim 50 points. My question is - when does immigration considers 1 year job offer from? the day i initially submitted my application (before draw 5-May-2018), i received ITA (9-May-2018) or when i submit my final application (by 10-Jun-2018, collecting necessary documents).
2nd question - Because of the uncertainty of dates related to job offer, is it advisaible that when i submit my final application i take out the job offer? i am anyways above the cut-off without those 50 points.

If you are above the cut-off, then you can take out the job offer and provide an LOE for the same.
