Job Offer to Immigrate to Canada

Dear All,
I am new to this forum & for Immigration process..
I wish to ask questions that I have the experience Credit, Collections.. Could I be eligible to migrate to Canada under Skilled Worker/Professional Immigration. I have 8 years experience in Credit Manager.

Also, how do I get a job offer. I have sent my resume to employers in Canada and no luck.
