Do we need the Job Duties to be included in the Job offer from my employer? My employer has just mentioned that 'my job offer would be valid for more then a year from PR approval date'. Is this suffice or do i actually need the Job Duties to be included in the Job Offer?
PS: My job duties are anyways included in the reference letter that i am getting from same employer.
Thanks for the response. Is there a possibility to get the PR application approved without the job duties on the offer letter? My organization might not provide it but i am inland candidate so IRCC would anyways have my standard job duties.

Any job offer needs to be validated through LMIA, or else they are not considered, no matter what your employer says. If LMIA is approved, what your employer writes wouldn't matter much and you just need to put the reference code/number of the LMIA. Rest gets taken care of.
In case of job experience, duties and responsibilities are mandatory.
I am on closed permit for 3 years. Can I use the work permit extention documents such as Offer letter, as reference letter in my employment record. This offer letter has all details such as designation, salary, NOC and responsibilities.
