Job offer from US company

Could someone please answer my question:

If I have received an ITA, can I show a job offer from a US company (which does not have a presence in canada) instead of proof of funds?

Or can a PEO offer me a job of my company's behalf?

No - of course you cannot show a job offer in the US instead of proof of funds.

If you don't want to show proof of funds, then you need to have a job offer from an established company in Canada and also a valid Canadian work permit.
