When I check my eligibility, it clearly states I am eligible for Open Work Permit+ Visitor visa. I need visitor visa because I need to go to POE to request for Work permit. My position is NOC A too.
Its say's Job needs to be NOC A (professional) and my title is Information technology consultant which comes under NOC A (Professional). Your suggestion would be helpful
Global Skills Strategy
The Global Skills Strategy is a new initiative to help bring highly-skilled workers and researchers to Canada. Through this strategy, you can have a work permit exemption for short-term work in Canada if you meet the eligibility for one of these categories:
Eligibility for high-skilled workers
• your job needs to be under the NOC skill type 0 (managerial) or A (professional)
You still need to apply from outside Canada though to get the approval do you not ? The employer needs to action the job offer and pay a fee, 1000 dollars if not LMIA exempt.. Not sure you can just turn up at POE as a visitor without following the process if that is what you are implying.
Bold text or not still not exactly clear what you are asking given you keep throwing visitor visa into the mix. There are specific rules for applying for anything at the POE . It would help if you posted where the above text came from.
I am sorry for the confusion. Today I have talked to the attorney, they told to work with my company to initiate the global skill strategy program under category B to apply for Temp work permit

Have you started working?
Technically employment letter is issued when you start working with a firm.
First comes offer letter or invitation letter meaning the company has invited or offered you a job.
You accept it and then comes appointment letter or sometimes contract letter.
You start working with the company for a while and you can ask for a job reference letter.
Finally you stopped working with them and you are given experience letter.
