Then why these program are getting popularity among immigrants if its extremely difficult to obtain a job offer in Aipp??

Many are already in Canada and hold a work permit (e.g. completed studies in Canada and now hold a PGWP) - so much easier for them.

So we hold like no chance to even a little bit to get a basic survival job there from outside canada
