Job offer for 50 points

Hope everyone is doing well
I have a question regarding job offer.
If I am working with employer A and accepting job offer to support my pr (50 points in Cec job offer) from employer B.
1. can I still work with employer A until I get my pr approved??

currently I am on PGWP.

I called IRCC , they said to claim 50 points i need positive lmia job offer as my job is not exempt from lmia

No you can’t you are on an open work permit. Your employer needs an approved LMIA.
