I got a face to face interview. And then only I got a offer letter with low salary. I asked to increase the amount. But he refused to increase now and with the performance he would increase later on.

But he asks a payment for C$1000 for LMIA for government and he has to pay C$500 for lawyer as he is doing this through his immigration lawyer.

Yeah it includes accommodation,feeding and flight ticket.

only the employer is supposed to pay for the LMIA not the employee so that should be a red flag

Accomodation , flight ticket and ‘feeding’ also common with scam job offers

If they are ready to provide you with free flight tickets etc.. then for them paying CAD 1000 shouldnt be a problem from their side.... Why they are asking you to pay

Be careful........ Its fake......... anyone who ask for upfront money.......
