haha, I've never heard of an employer asking to pay for express entry. They offer job and apply for LMIA. You get a work permit. You HAVE to apply for your express entry profile on your own.

How is express entry to do with work permit for foreign worker? Express entry is for immigration.
And why is anything to pay the Canadian immigration in $1000 US flat?
