I am eligible for CEC and received points for that. I will complete my 1 Year in Canada in Aug. I assume that if I receive ITA I should wait for completion of 1 Year and then update the documents and submit. My question is can I do the same with Job Offer as well. I will complete Closed work permit LMIA exempt job next month.
Can I put Yes now for question "Has xxxx been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year? (Or for an equal amount of part time work?) " If I put yes, I will complete 1 year next month and I will submit ITA(within 60 days) after completing 1 Year.

Did you get any feed back on this. I am also in the same boat as you. There are diff thoughts from ppl on this - about claiming the 50 job offer points without the specific text that says that job will be there 1 year after PR - for some PR was refused - for some it was approved
Your profile should be current as of today’s date - so if you have not completed 1 year as of today then you can not write one year of experience- they consider 30 hours a week of time only for 52 weeks as 1 year experience.
Also without the specific text of 1 year post PR approval one should not claim 50 points as most of the time it will lead to rejection. People who claimed they got PR got lucky with a VO’s mistake or their points without the job offer may be higher than cut off score and you cannot expect the VO will do the same mistake for you.
