Job offer but not apporved by lmia? and how many points will i get

Hi all,

I have a job offer from an employer in canada, but i dont think it is lmia approved, will that in any way work.

My IELTS

L; 8.5, R:8, S:6.5, W:6.

B.e (ECE) 4 year degree

2 years exp.

24 age,

Uncle is a Citizen.

It shows 364, but it dint ask me if i have any relative in canada..
