job match registration

when i try to register with the job match. In the third step (validation), after filling up the express entry profile no and job seeker code i cannot cotinue to the next step because when i click on continue it says "your form cannot be submitted we are experiencing technical difficulties". i tried doing it next day as well but it is same again. What should i do??????
