Could anyone throw some light on the current job market in Ontario(Toronto), for a 3+ years experienced in JAVA, Spring, Hibernate, Groovy on Grails, SQL Server/ MySQL/Oracle DB, JS, Jquery, JSON, XML. Appreciate if you could help with the average salary for the same.
