Job experience

Hi All.

I am just wondering how CIC will calculate the work experience. e.g

Job 1 - 2 years 4 months
Job 2 - 2 years 11 months
Job 3 - 1 year 1 months

Just wondering if CIC will consider this as 5 years work experience (taking just full working year) or 6 years 4 months (Total working years and months)

Cic will calculate total and u have to show employee reference letter from these 3 companies specifying the roles and responsibilities and the time in this company and whether part or full time as well.

6+ years assuming you demonstrate the experience with letters.
